At ESR TECH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics purchase. If your new tech doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Package Your Device

  Securely place the item in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
